Access to the rooms involves a frustrating number of stairs, which can be tough if you're lugging around heavy bags. The breakfast selection felt rather limited, with stale pastries making it less appealing. the steam rooms were often out of order, which was a letdown for anyone hoping to unwind. And let's not forget about the Wi-Fi. it worked but had its moments of lag, making for some annoying downtime when you needed to connect.
